I think I have this worked out with the Post Office and the results are

as follows:



USA $12.00 + $2.00 = $14.00 Total

Int Surface $12.00 + $3.50 = $15.50 Total

Int Air, Europe $12.00 + $4.25 = $16.25 Total

Int Air, PacRim $12.00 + $6.50 = $18.50 Total



If you haven't done so already, overseas people please indicate your

shipping choice. Checks may be made out to Paul O'Neil and sent to the
