Wrench needed to adjust timing chain
I need to adjust the tension on the timing chain on my '29 Town Sedan. I
have almost 1/2 inch circumference rotation on the generator shaft,
where 1/8 inch is specified.
the service manual specifies a special spanner wrench. It would appear
that one could do the job with a modern spanner of the right size. Can
anyone provide the proper size, or a source for the OEM wrench? If
neither of those options are available, could somebody make a photocopy
image of an OEM original and email it to me so I can use it as a
template to make one out of 1/4" sheet aluminum?
Thanks!
