Bill, I have a rather interesting book ref 1913 model 37's if anyone is
interested I will photocopy. It is a specific manual for the Hudson 37 and
54 written by Delco explaining the Hudson described "Simple Electrical
System which may at first appear complex " in a language understandable by
thoses lesser soles than Einstein. The full explanation of all three
ignition systems along with the mercury regulated charging sytem and the 6
volt , 7.5 volt, and 24 volt cranking circuitry is all very well explained.
If needed I can probably upload it to the site if someone tells me how or I
can scan it on to CD's for any interested parties. I understand it is a very
rare publication at least that what I was told when the vendor releived me
of some
