What would you guys recommend for lubricant in the trans and rear end of
my 17? In the 1917 service manual It refers to 6 1/2 lbs. of grease for
the trans and 5 lbs. of the same for the rear end. I have used the 600 w
lube from the Model A supply house in my Essex and Terraplane and it
seems to work fine. About how much would 6 1/2 lbs. convert to in liquid
ounces? I don't want to over fill this thing. Thanks, Gene.
