Water pump
I have 2 shafts and impellers I made for my 16, 6-40.
They need more work but the one i used for mine is holding up. I had the
impellers cast in bronze. (No undercut, reused housing) The shaft was made
from steel. i should have had it plated before I installed it but hey I've got
great 20-20 hind sight and I'm not ready to do it again. I don't know if these
would fit a SS. The shaft runs on right side of engine, gear driven, water pump
and into Starter/Gen/Dist thru a coupling. If you need to contact me hofhudson@earthlink.net. Good luck
