1929 Wiring Question

Hi, thanks to everyone for the help and answers to previous

questions. I have fixed the light switch and horn, now I need to

solve my ignition switch problem. Lew, you mentioned using a toggle

switch. This is what I would like to do. My question is if I use a

basic on off toggle switch, what wires need to go where? The original

electrolock had three connecting screws with wires and also the

internal piece that ran to the two screws at the bottom of the

distributer. I am wondering how I need to wire everything. here is

what I have:

One wire from a switch connection to the + coil and another wire

from the same pole to the gas gauge

One wire from a second connection on the switch to the - coil.

One wire from a third connection on the switch to the ammeter.

The internal switch piece that runs from the electrolock switch to

the distributor plate.

can anyone tell me how to rewire these using an on off toggle switch?

or some other similar alternative. thanks for the help, Pace
