Rd., Port Orchard, WA 98366, Ph/fax 360 871 1207. Othewise just get a
sheet of gasket material (any good parts store should have exhaust
manifold quality) and cut them yourself, takes about half an hour. Use
the end grain of a wood block and a small sharp wood chisel.
