More 1929 & 1926 Questions
Hi, I found a manifold gasket for my '29 (Robert Rovegno ad in White
triangle)so I am looking forward to fixing this problem. I thought
while I had the manifold removed that I would clean it up and paint
it with some high temp paint.Would the high heat aluminum paint like
that sold by Obsolete Ford Parts have the right look? Also the lug
nuts on my '29 look bad. How were these originally(chrome,
nickleplated, painted or what?)I am also still looking for the ash
tray(tray part) that went on the back seat (Standard Sedan).
Now some questions concerning my '26. I need to know where I can get
a new set of points, cap, etc.? Also what plugs and gap are
recommended? Does anyone know where to get a wiring harness for a '26
touring?
Thanks, Pace
