Oil Press Gauge

Indeed, I have fitted modern Stewart Warner oil pressure gauges to

(reasonably) modern cars and have often watched the oil bubble up toward the

gauge in a very haphazard manner in the translucent plastic tube while the

motor is running. It never fills the tube completely and drains back as soon

as the motor stops producing pressure. it's a good thing they do measure air

as easly as oil.
