There may be some around, but I have never seen them! Are local shops not

able to shrink on a modern new ring gear for you? The '29 flywheel (probably

very similar to your '28) in my '26 Coupe has had a new ring gear installed.

The gear was too big for the wheel and the gaps were taken up with shim

stock! Oddly enough, it seems to work fine. What is S/S short for?
