Buyer seeking 1929 Hudson

I got a call this morning -- from a guy referred to me by a friend of a

friend of a friend -- who is in the market for a 1929 Hudson.



The potential buyer is named Tom Watling of Turtlock, CA. He can be

Tom is a sophisticated old-car owner who has collected and restored a

number of vehicles of different vintage and makes. He seeks a 1929

Hudson (in behalf of a friend, rather than for himself) that is a high

quality restoration, although an older restoration is fine if the car

is still basically in good shape. He seems to have reasonable

expectations about price, in relationship to quality of the vehicle.



Tom would prefer to find a long wheel base (L series) 1929 Hudson,

ideally a Club Sedan, but other models are certainly not out of

consideration.



(Long term, Tom is also in the market for a 1913-1915 Model 54, for his

own collection, if anyone knows of one of those that's for sale.)
