Front and Rear Axle nuts for 1927 Hudson

I am looking for front and rear axle nuts for my 1927 Hudson. The

rear axle castle nuts are 7/8-14 and the front axle nuts are 7/8-

16. Does anyone know where I may purchase these items.



I am also looking to find high dome carriage bolts for the hubs on

my wood spoke wheels. The bolts are 7/16 x 2 1/2. Can anyone tell

me what grade these shoe be? Some tell me it does not matter, that

they did not have grade 8 etc and others I speak with tell me I

should be using at minimum grade 5. I have the old carriage bolts

but I am somewhat leery in using those. Any suggestions where I may

purchase these bolts or should I just use bolts carried at my local

hardware store.
