I have heard other people say similar things. In spite of the 5" stroke

and no air cleaner, there is often minimal wear in the bores. The bearings

are also often found to be in good order. I need to put a timing chain in the

'29, and I'll bet it will go another 70 years! Any idea how much use your '29

saw?
