Trailering a hudson

Attachments :
Having just paid 'way too much to rent a car hauling trailer from

u-haul, I am begining to think about investing in a trailer. Aside from

budget issues, my major concern is space to store a trailer....a real

    problem given our driveway/garage situation.

Which leads me to wondering about the feasibility of towing my '29 Town

Sedan using a dolly under the front wheels only. I could store a dolly

a lot easier than a full-length trailer. And, U-Haul is currently

selling off a bunch of dollies for about $700 to $800 each, depending

    on condition.

It would seem that if the rear axle bearings and tires on a vehicle are

in good shape, there ought not to be a problem towing it. Is this a

correct assumption? If not, what would be the areas of concern?

I have attached a photo of the DEMCO auto dolly that U-Haul has for

    sale.
