Remove the three cap bolts from the flange, and turn the notched
adjuster towards you from the top, this will bring the eccentric
sprocket around. Whatever you do, don not hammer on these notches, as
they are cast iron and will break off. Get back to us if you have nay
difficulty, and I'll send you a photocopy of the procedure.
