Help!
I have just stripped the diff down in the '28 Hudson I am restoring, to
try and find out why it had a bad bind in it. Turns out it has a
mis-matched crown wheel and pinion, which of course are cut at a
different pitch. Can anyone help me out with either a 49/12 crown
wheel, or an 11 tooth pinion? The crown wheel will be marked 49 11
or 49 12. They are the same from around '19 thru '28. The one in the
cars is date stamped 6/26, so has obviously been replaced, only it's the
wrong one.
