IBA is different. I suspect not, but the outside measurement of the top
removable part which houses the points is 2.91", so if you measure
across that and see. The counterweight is easily visible once you take
the top assembly off, and is a heavy die-cast weight which moves up and
down, pivoted through the centre shaft. I can send you a rebuilt
assembly and you can then send me your old one back in exchange. Let me
know, and I'll go ahead right away.
