I would recommend that all of you who do your own

the 24 thread per inch tap for your Hudson carb, gear

shift knobs, etc. It would be great if you would list

any suppliers you know that could be of help to the

rest of us, how about it gang?



Problem. Working on a 24 Hudson clutch which won't

release. Took it all apart and everything looked good

except the corks looked like they might stick out too

much. What is their maximum deck height? Does anyone

know a way to remove (surface) some cork from each

side? Does anyone know who is doing the recorking

now? Paul Locke did mine many years ago.
