Nice to have you aboard Werner. The '29 Essex was one of the better years

for these cars as I understand it. They outsold the Hudson by something like

3 to 1 that year and made Hudson the 3rd largest motor manufacturer that year.

Hudson exported many cars in the '20s and set up assembly plants in Europe.

Do you know if your car was American made or assembled in Europe? We have seen

some pictures of German bodied Hudsons from this period. Very little seems to

be known of Hudson's overseas business.

What model do you have? What sort of condition is it in?
