Welcome! I drive a 47 Super Six truck almost every day. Runs good and looks original. Get her running first and then make it look as good as you want to. If you drive it to a show, people don't care what it looks like. I took 1000 lbs of steel to the scrap place yesterday, and had the whole crew out looking at it and wanting to know about it. Could have sold it on the spot.

I have the frame and rear end done on my 46, and making front ends from 3 different sets. It will get my good-running 254 straight eight and the OD from my 49 parts car. Thinking about emerald green w/black fenders.
