serial plate

I have recently purchased a 29 hudson sedan.

On the bottom of the serial plate there is foriegn writing, perhaps

chinese?

Does anyone the significanse of this?

Is it unique?

Is there a way to have it translated?

I am new to the antique car hobby and will most likly have many

questions.
