Racer Project Available....

Folks,

It's a sad day here in Brisbane - my c. 1920
Hudson racer project has to go!  We've just acquired a very different
proposition that I've been chasing for a long time and part of the deal with my
wife was that the Hudson would be sold as part of the
funding.  I've also acknowledged that there was a very low probability
of me finishing the Hudson before I'm too old to take it out on the
track...

The project is located in Brisbane, in the state of
Queensland, Australia.  We're close to several major highways and the
domestic and international airports, so access from almost anywhere is
easy.

The key items included are a shortened chassis
(approx. 106" wheelbase), front and rear ends (axle ratio is 4:1 or therabouts)
with correct hubs and locking nuts for whire wheels, springs, carburettors,
rebuilt starter-generator, instruments, badges, motometer and mascot, radiator
surrounds, a whole lot of miscellaneous stuff and a set of 6 fully rebuilt and
painted 25" wire wheels.  Four of the wheels have brand new tyres,
tubes and rim liners fitted.  No engine or gearbox.

I want to sell the whole lot in a single hit.
Anyone interested should email me offline at bravotech@bigpond.com for more
details.

The new toy?  It's a 1914 Sunbeam 2-seater
with a 3-litre racing engine, although the car itself isn't a racer.
Nonetheless, it's reputed to go very fast. We shall see.

Cheers ............. Peter Ransom
