To the best of my knowledge, the only difference is that the '28 does not
have a well for the spare wheel. I know for a fact that the only difference
between short and long wheelbase front fenders in '29 is that the mounting
brackets are swapped side for side, and the holes are therefore in different
positions. The l.w.b. radiator sits further back over the front axle and the
front apron is longer. Just some useless information unless you need it.
