I bought one off of Ebay about a month ago haven't had time to get

it home but hope to soon. I bought it as a 1926 Limo built by Biddle

and Smart. The guys says the body is aluminum were they all made from

aluminum or just some?? Anyway my plans are to restore this ca

That sounds like an interesting car. Can you tell us a little bit about your '26? Does it have a divider window? What sort of shape is it in? Is it a runner?

From what I know of Biddle & Smart, most of the bodies were AL. I had a '28 Roadster project that was listed as having an AL body in "The History Of Hudson" but the car had an all steel body. My guess is that your car will have AL panels over a wooden structure.

Please let us know more about your new project, there are a lot of us working on '24/'25/'26 projects out there right know.
