Restoration Supply Co. update

I just put a call in to the folks at Restoration Supply, the purveyor of many hard-to-get parts for auto restoration work.



As some of us on the list knew, the company was sold to new owners who are in Escondido, CA. Their web site has been very hard to locate on Google and other search engines. I did find them recently. The URL is:

The news of note is that they are coming out with a new catalog in a week or two; if you want a copy and you are not sure that you are on their mailing list, you might want to visit the web site and then click on the "contact us" link to send them an email. They do have the old customer records from the former Reno, NV owners, so if you have bought from them in the past you should get the new catalog when it comes out.



The new owners are Allan and Beth Schmidt. I talked with Beth, and can report that she's very friendly and helpful, even though they don't have in stock what I am in need of (subject of a separate posting).
