Re: Wish to order waterpump rings
Hello Sheldon , glad to hear from you. Your personal cheque is the
best method of payment, I can process it through the banking system
no problem. It sounds ot me like your raidator core may be blocked,
and needs a good reverse fluch (with the topand bottom radiator hosee
disconnected. also check that the baffle plate is in place in the top
tank. It sits in front of the inlet hose, and diverts the water down on to the
top of the radiator core. if this has fallen over, it blocks the top of
the off, and diverts the water up to the overflow. It
can be held in place with a piece of bronze welding rod inserted through a hole
drilled in the top tank, and soldered over. If it has fallen
over you need to insert a hook to to pull it back up ito
place. Copying this to the HSS group for
information. Regards,

Hello Geoff,
My 29 seems to suck air thru the waterpump seals and I see small
bubbles when radiator cap is removed and see coolant some out the
overflow tube when it is warmed up. This happens enough I have to replace
coolant after a 20 mile trip. Am hoping the new seals will solve this.
Have already replaced headgasket and solved leak I had with that.

I sincerely wish to thank you for all the great information you share and
it has made it possible for my 29 to be a good running car
