Dual Side Mounts ??

My 29 was, I believe a dual side mount car. The driver side fender was replaced without the spare tire well. There is the hole in the side cowl and I can see the outline under the dash where the mount was along with the bolt holes thru the fire wall. Now the question is does anyone have a fender with the spare tire well for sale along with the mounting hardware ???? I am also missing the lower hold down for the spare tire I do have on the passenger side if someone has this for sale. Do these have locks on them ??? Also, was the wire wheel the same as the wooden wheel well size and mounting hardware ? I know, Good luck on this one. Dont know unless we ask I always say. LOL Thanks Ron
