Coil

Just out of curiosity, I measured the resistance on my new ignition

coil versus the old one I have here. New coil measures 8.5 kilohms

between a terminal and the high tension output. Old coil measures 3.2

kilohms. Both measure 1.5 ohms between the + and - terminals. New

coil must have a resistor in it. Wonder if that is why I fried my

condenser? Shouldn't be.....
