That is quite a collection of parts and may not be from one car. The trans top cover with the key lock is 27 or earlier. The gearbox casing should have a casting date on it.
The brakes are internal expanding, therefore 27, 28 or 29. The shoes look to be three shoe Bendix which would make them 27 or 28. Hydraulics didn't come until the 30s.
The steering box looks like a Gemmer as used on a Super Six, but I have no idea of the year. The motor was not well depicted, but if that bit of brass was a carbie, it would be one of the early side valve motors prior to 24. The pedals are unfamiliar to me.
