Need lots of 29 advice

I have recently gotten a 29 Hudson. Been working on it for a few

months now. There is so much I need to ask someone who knows more

about it than me. Like ...demensions for the wood top, do the spokes

go in the spare fender area? and What do I do with extra parts that

came with it , like I have 6 door latches! My pics are posted here
