That's a heck of a project, Julie! I'm glad to see that you have taken it on. First, the pics list it as a Town Sedan, it is not. Hudson called that model, one of their best sellers, a Standard Sedan. That car has a huge advantage for the restorer over the Town Sedan. Your car is all steel, the only wood is in non structural areas.



Hang on to your spare parts. They make great swapping stock. Someone may need just what you have. Demountable rims with spare tires go in the wheel wells. BTW, your car has the comparatively rare dual side mount option. The bulk of '29s sold carried only the single spare in the right fender well.



I wasn't able to see if the axles were correct or not, but those wheels are clearly modern replacements.
