Fan bearing mod.

Okay, what you need is 2 x 6904 sealed bearings, a
length of 7/8 O.D. x 5/8 I.D. steel tube, and a 5/8" bolt 5 "
long. dismantle the old fan centre hub and
discard. Bore out the centre of fan hub to the size of the
bearings. Machine up two sleeves, one to go between the two bearings as a
spacer, and one to be the main sleeve to go inside the hub and into the
mounting arm, with the bolt going right through. Attached is a diagram of
the specifications to machine the sleeve to.
