New distributor caps

Hello Martyn. Was happy to hear you are considering casting 1920 distrib caps. Would this cap also fit 1924 Hudsons? If you proceed pls let me know what years the cap suits. I will be happy to contact the 2 clubs in Australia (Sydney & Melbourne) and try to get some orders for you, if you dont mind.

 

Some Hud owners here have fitted GMH distrib's so that they can get readily available & cheap caps/points/rota's. They use 1956 to 63 distrib's. Its a simple conversion. Myself I always thought that with all the caps ever made, there must be a cap & rota made for a latter car that is cheap and readily available.

 

If you are able to make some caps, that still leaves the challenge of finding points & rotas, unless someone else takes up the challenge to make these items. Regards, Barry
