Just goes to show what silly headlines portray!!! Yes, the Keas are

destructive critters - they will shred the windscreen rubber inserts, wiper

blades, soft tops, etc. and pry off loose hub caps. But the mind boggles to

think - Kea lands on vintage car - Oriental gent descends -

"Hyyyyyyaaaagh! - CHOP! Clowd of feathers, off goes the Keas head! What

actually happened, the Karate club were at the same venue, camping nearby,

and offered to keep an eye on the cars while official functions were taking

place.
