Valves and Guides

I need to replace my valves and valve guides. Is Egge the only choice

for the valves, or is there another (cheaper?) option?



I know someone suggested valve guides from a Japanese engine, does

anyone have details on what would work here?



I am also unsure whether or not I need to install hardened valve

seats, I am assuming I need to, can someone confirm this please.
