27 Hudson Sedan: Changing tires

Good day,



Would someone kindly answer the following quesitons:





1. Is the correct tire size for my Hudson 550/600-19 as listed at

Coker Tire or should I install 600-19?



2. My son removed the tires from our Hudson in preparation for new

tires we plan to install. Don't chuckle too much, but after the

tires are mounted on the split rims do they need to be balanced?



3. It was very difficult to remove the tires from the rims. We

ended up using large crow bars. There must be a simpler way to

remove them. Is there?
