1927 Hudson Sedan (Early F-Head engine)
Hello from novice land,
Well my son and I are trudging along rebuilding our '27. We have
taken the head apart, had it cleaned, bead blaasted and then we lapped
the intake valves. We are now in the process of rebuilding each head.
Questions:
1) There is a small black rubber sleeve that goes on the shaft of each
liftenr. Does this rubber sleeve need to be replaced?
2) If yes, where can I purchase these rubber sleeves.
thank you,
