Engine side covers ?
I replaced the side cover gaskets "Tappet Area" with new ones from
Olsen's Gaskets. Was wondering if the long nuts that hold them in
place on the engine have some type of washer between them and the
covers or just snug them down on the studs ? When I removed the nuts
no washers were there and it was leaking from around the nuts. Trying
to cover all the leaking problems and will be replacing the front
timing chain cover this week with new Olsen's gasket & felt seal. Next
will be the rearend leaks and I am not looking forword to that.
Thanks, Ron
