1926 starter

Thanks for your help Mr james coats,

everything was there just as you said.I had to pull the starter in

order to get it cleaned up and turning under power. The lever was a bit

tougher but I was able to knock off years of old oil and grime and got

it to moving again,I then took off the contac relay or old fashioned

solonoid, it looks in good working order just in need of a bit of

cleaning,I was wondering if there should be grease in and around there

or did they just let it work of its own accord?I was hoping to get it

all back together today but the eye doctor had other plans that

involved blinding me for a bit so he could look deep into my eyes to

let me know there still good... hoping that mabe I can still get it

put back togeather if the light ever stops bugging my vision.

more on this later and thanks again.
