James, I don;t see how you are going to be able to mount the brackets

without taking the wheel off, as where the arm clamps in the upper will

also have to be split. I still have the mold for getting new bronze

brackets cast. Not trying to put you off of course, but I have difficulty

envisaging how it will work.
