1922 Hudson super 6 chassis in Alabama temporary storage needed

Hi to all

I have bought off Ebay a 1922 super six chassis and cowl from a Hudson

collector in Alabama. This is to go with my 1920 model 0 engine and

gear box to build a vintage special,(the engine came from a sawmill

somewhere in the Netherlands some years ago and ended up here in south

wales (UK). The story so far is that the main shipping contractors

cannot get the chassis shipped to a container port for a reasonable

cost. Then a friend of a friend said he would fetch and store the

chassis in south Alabama and take it to "Chikasha" where it will join

other parts in a container back to the UK. Until now for reasons

unkown to me he has been unable to go and fetch it back to south

Alabama. The seller now cannot store the chassis after the end of

December.(I thought the chassis was safe as I was paying for storage).

Please is there anybody who can offer help or advice to save this

chassis complete with axles and aluminium cowl from the crusher. Many

Thanks in anticipation John
