29 Hudson Shock Absorbers

Has anyone ever worked on the shock absorbers of the 29 Hudson type? I

have a few questions:

-Can they be re-built and,if so, who can rebuild?

-What kind of fluid do they use?

-How do you put the fluid into the shock?
