Well, well!  My 1929 Paramount banjo certainly
needs re-plating - this gives me yet another job to put on the

Yes, a gun guy would be worth
trying. One of my banjo guys has a nickel plater also that might be worth
exploring also. My original 1931 Paramount banjo has plating that still looks
new. It can be done.
