1927 Hudson F Head Motor bolt
Would someone please explain the proper sequence for installing a front
motor bolt (with spring and washer) on my early 1927 'F Head' engine.
See the following quesitons:
1. Question: Is the spring installed onto the front motot bolt
followed by the washer (lip side facing spring) or is the washer placed
on first?
2. Question: Is the front motor bolt installed up through the bottom
of the frame, then through the motor mount and secured by a king nut
and cotter pin?
Thanks,
Rick.
