1929 Hudson Project For Sale
*** Located near Toronto Canada ***
I am thinking about selling my 1929 Hudson Rumble Seat Coupe. I
started off with two cars and have stripped them and rebuilt most
things and I am almost at the re-assembly stage.
Done to date
- sandblasted and painted frame
- new bushings in frame
- rebuilt front and rear axles
- new brakes
- rebuilt bottom end of motor (new pistons)
- generator and fuel pump rebuilt
- stripped and cleaned steering
- cleaned and primed four good wooden wheels
Left to do
- top end of motor
- body
- reassembly
This was a good solid car that was parked in a barn in the 50's and
never driven again. I have almost two complete cars, so parts are
not the problem. There is some rust on the body, but it is not a
basket case.
The only thing that I am missing is a rear fender and a steering
wheel. There are thousands of dollars worth of spare parts that
could be sold off.
I will sell this car to anyone intersted in restoring it and putting
it back n the road, I will NOT part it out.
I would like some cash (I have two kids in University) but if I
don't sell it I will hold onto it and finish it another day.
