I couldn't open the link to your pics, but to remove the water pump and

shaft assembly you need to remove the timing chain, by taking off the cam

sprocket. then undo the three bolts holding the rear flange of the adusting

assembly into the crankcase, and slide the whole assembly out the back.

Then you can operate on the water pump. Probably the shaft has seized in

the bushing. Don't try and drive the front pin out with the assembly in

place. Get back to me on geoffclark@xtra.co.nz if you need any specific

help.
