Any Norsk Speakers?

I recently received a message from a fellow in Norway in Norsk. My father was raised in a Norwegian household and I had hopes that he could translate the message. While he learned to speak the Norsk, he never learned to read it and he was not able to help.



I also tried to find an online translator but came up short.



Can anyone read this message?
