Driving

Hi,I just joined this group last month and posted a request for 1919

Hudson parts,to which I recieved a quick and helpfull response; thank

you! (great group-great site)This site has wonderfull chats of hudson

tech. however I havn't seen anything about driving. My car is a daily

driver;see pics (1919 hudson) in photo section). I don't own a trailer

and seldom go to shows. I like to drive and that is what these cars do

best, mine is most comfortable between 63-65mph on the interstate and

will happily do so for hours or till she spots a gas station. Does

everyone get lousy mileage with these cars or just me? I would love to

talk to folk about their hudson driving experiences with these

wonderfull road cars;(they don't do city driving well). I also would

like to find other hudson folks to drive with (1930cars or older

only).I have tried cruising with cars of other makes in the same era

but most cars of the era can not maintain interstate speeds for any

length of time. I find the greatest reward of owning these great road

cars is in the driving of them. ---Mike
