How do I fix my 29 Hudson window regulator

The back side and door windows on my 29 Hudson will not either roll

down or roll down all the way. How do I get to the window regulator

without ruining the interior panels. I can remove the wood sills but

I am worried about ripping interior if I try and remove, especially

the very back side windows. Are there clips or other attachments?

Also I need to replace the window channels. I would imagine I would

have to remove the glass to do this.
