1929 Essex Roster Online Registration
I volunteered to maintain the roster for the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane
Club for the 1929 Essex cars. The idea is to have a registry of all
the remaining 1929's with information on their body style, color,
restoration status, last year it ran, and photos of the car.
Hopefully this information will help other owners restore and
maintain their cars. As the information is compiled, summary
statistics will be posted to the website along with an attempt to
create a parts posting database using the original manufacturer part
numbers and descriptions.
WEBSITE IS ... http://www.tradeslang.com/1929roster.asp
So ... if you have a 1929, I would greatly appreciate your going to
the registration webpage and posting the information. The summary
information will not include names or addresses but will include data
by body style and state/country.
If you are a member of the HET and you registered your car, then
you'll be getting a letter from me in the next couple of days
essentially saying the same thing. Yes it was also sent to those in
Sweden, Belgium, Australia, Canada, and England.
You do NOT need to be a member of HET in order to register. We'd
appreciate the information from everyone and I've been monitoring the
e-bay sales to identify new owners.
Thank You,
David Weinstein
